Overview
Trackd is a job application tracker that brings roles, status, documents, and follow-ups into one place. It supports manual entry plus optional AI-assisted job search (external APIs, deduplication, OpenAI fit scoring), IMAP email integration with classification and status updates, resume advisor and interview prep sessions, a browser extension to save listings, and admin-style cron routes for sync and bot runs. Built with Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, Tailwind CSS 4, Prisma on PostgreSQL, and Supabase Auth.
Problem
Job seekers juggle spreadsheets, inboxes, and multiple sites — they lose track of where they applied, what stage each role is in, and which follow-ups matter next.
Solution
Shipped a unified app with list, Kanban, dashboard, and calendar views; bot-driven discovery with AI scoring; email sync that ties messages to applications; and AI tools for resumes and interviews, all backed by a clear Prisma data model and Supabase-authenticated accounts.
